One of the best fishing charters I've been on!!! July 28 2018
Quick background - I was staying in Marathon and had booked a charter with another Captain well day of the trip I received a text message that he was cancelling the trip under questionable circumstances. I went online and found the Singing Reel and gave Capt. Tony a call to see if he had any openings within the next two days - luckily for us he did. I also explained that I had my wife and 9yr old daughter and I would like to split the day up to do some reef fishing (where you are almost guaranteed to catch fish) for my daughter and then go offshore for some dolphin and tuna. He said he could do both and make the trip fun for my daughter as well. First thing in the morning we started off reef fishing with my daughter reeling in a few nice yellow tail snapper, next we were headed offshore to see if we could find some dolphin. On the way out the mate Casey spotted some dolphin in some weeds and before you know it he had 5 rods with dolphin hooked up allowing everyone in the family to reel in all they could handle. After about an hour of fighting them we went further offshore to try and find some tuna - we were able to hook up on one and caught a nice black fin to top off the day. The top notch crew of the Singing Reel made the day special for my entire family. I have fished almost the entire east coast and can say that you won't find a better boat. We are already planning our next trip to Islamorada and a trip with the Singing Reel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our day trip on the Singing Reel II with Capt Tony & Tommy. My 10 year old son's first trip out was a great success and we look forward to a lifetime of fishing together. Watching the sailfish jump and put on a show was the highlight! Great Day

We had a great time with Capt Tony and first mate! They knew all the great spots and we we're catching fish within minutes. The four of us can't stop talking about how much fun we had!
We all agree next time we are back in the Keys our first item on the agenda is to fish again with Capt Tony!!!

Capt Tony and first mate Travis were awesome. They grabbed some live bait and put us in the fish. Very personable. All around, everything I would hope for in an off shore trip. Fantastic!! 5 king Macks in the box 3 bite offs Two monster sailfish releases. Absolute recommend to all.

The boat, Captain Tony, and the 1st Mate Travis're all top-notch. Travis worked Hard catching live Ballyhoo and baited all the rods like a pro, continually checking each line making sure the game fish had the best presentation. I hooked into two giant Mutton Snapper, one I let hit bottom, which snapped my line, and a shark ate the other one before I could get it in the boat. Great trip; I just wish the wind and seas were calmer!

We had a great day on the Singing Reel II and in addition to C-n-R two monster sails, caught cobia, couple large mutton and a few tuna. They found the bait quick and we were had lines in the water early. They never stopped working. We had a triple strike and raised a handful of other sails. Missed two. Travis was masterful on the back of the boat and is credited entirely with one of our hookups. The Capt did a great job with two fish on and going different directions and lots of line out.
They communicated well, were responsive, professional and nice. In fact, they were a lot of fun to just hang with.
Definitely will book again.

Went off shore for 3/4 Day. Caught our limit of nice Tunas and a mess of Mahi Mahi. Tony and Travis know how to find the fish, Not much action on the boats around us but our rods were bending all day. He even hooked us up with a guy who shipped our 20+ pounds of fish fillets back to PA, flash frozen and ready for our freezer. Now we will have great memories of our trip all Fall while we enjoy our catch. Thanks Tony and Travis.

First rate top shelf…. the boat was in pristine condition.! Perfect for our group.. Capt Tony was great and first mate Travis kept us on the fish. We caiught a nice variety and then had an awesome dinner. Thank you Capt we will be back ASAP

My fiancé and I had awesome time fishing with Captain Tony. We went deep into the open ocean and right away Tony put us on fish! The blackfin tuna were biting like crazy and it was nonstop action! Tony was great! He is very friendly, outgoing, humble, and down to earth. He also is extremely knowledgeable about fishing and knows the ocean like the back of his hand! we ended up catching 12 Blackfin tuna all very good size, 1 large barracuda, and 1 mahi! If you want to get the most for your money and experience fishing at its best than this is the charter for you! Why pay 1200 to 1500bux per day elsewhere?! Here you pay half that and catch more fish. We had a great time! Thanks again Tony! Oh and cant forget his wife Janice who was super nice and welcomed us back to the dock. She made us a fish print that will be framed and will be a lifelong memory. Awesome experience!

We just wanted to take the opportunity to say how enjoyable the day was aboard the Singing Reel. It was a Surprise Birthday gift for my Fiancé. Captain Tony and his mate, Travis did everything right. From the smooth trip to the ocean- to setting up for catching the most fish!!! To an incredible beautiful cruise back to the docks!! We caught 15 yellowtail Snappers( see them hanging in the Photo), 2 Flying fish, 2 parrot fish and a Barracuda which was chasing our Yellowtail snappers! Thank you Singing Reel for one of the BEST DAYS EVER!!!
